We are NVision – we develop, integrate, deliver and support system solutions with cutting edge technologies, our own and of such well known vendors as Oracle, VMware, Broadsoft, Cisco, Elisa. To boost our team we are looking for (Senior) Technical Support Specialist/ Delivery Expert.


You will participate on the systems integration projects from Telco/IT area incl. projects with cutting edge technologies. These projects are based on components developed by 3rd parties as well as by NVision. We cooperate with many well-known vendors such as Oracle, VMware, Broadsoft, Cisco, Elisa.

Your task will be to take care for technical support of delivered solutions when running on production, you will be responsible for solving issues (identify cause of issue, find solution, apply solution to production), installing SW upgrades. When solving issues you must ensure that SLA parameters are met.  You will be involved in 24/7 on call support. You will also participate on delivery process.  You will not stay alone, since we have team of experts so anytime you have lack of knowledge in some area you can consult it with other team members. We have deep technical know how within the company, since we are not only a system integrator but also a development company.
We have also large laboratory, so we can evaluate/check behaviour of solution components if needed.


  • Moreover your role will be supporting our sales team, within presale phase of projects, especially when they need consultation related to support phase/delivery.
  • There are also other teams within company you will interact with
    • Technical Pre-sales/Solution architects as they define and design solutions you will deliver and do support for
    • Developers – if any part of solution is developed by NVision.
    • Project Manager when you involved in project delivery.
  • Outside the company you will communicate with
    • Customers – during project delivery, or when applying solution of issues, or you need to get more info to be able to propose solution for issues
    • Companies that delivered solution’s components – when they are required to be involved in solving of issues or you need to consult solution with them


  • If you have technical university degree in telecommunications or computer science.
  • Have you worked as technical support specialist / engineer / delivery expert.
  • Have practical experience with telco/IT network’s nodes such as SBC, Application Server, DRA/DEA, STP Experience such as configuring of nodes, business logic, provide troubleshooting, understanding of internal logs, external signalling traces with captured protocols SIP, DIAMETER, SS7.
  • Have practical experience with troubleshooting, configuring of platform technologies – Linux, Open Stack, virtualization, cloud, microservices, containers, orchestration, NFV
  • You will communicate with our client in English/Czech.
  • It would be great if you are in touch with trends in IT/telecommunication sector.
