JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Organization and management of the implementation and development of the compliance system in the company
  • Ensuring company’s compliance with the best practices in the field of compliance (Czech, European Union, American anti-corruption legislation, UK legislation in this area)
  • Providing expert support to the management and business units of the company on the requirements of anti-corruption legislation, law enforcement, regulatory authorities’ positions, compliance practices
  • Organizing and ensuring effective interaction with the functional management of the MTS Group Corporate Center.
  • Building effective interaction with employees and managers of other structural units in order to implement the necessary compliance controls, as well as to improve the company’s general culture of compliance.
  • Preparing and adapting internal compliance documents of the company
  • Developing necessary compliance controls and procedures, monitoring their implementation
  • Conducting regular corruption risk assessment
  • Planning, organizing and conducting compliance training for various groups of employees and third parties
  • Implementing projects, including with the involvement of external consultants
  • Interacting with internal and external inspection/regulatory bodies
  • Participating in the work of collegiate bodies at the level of CEO
  • Preparing reports to interested parties
  • Representation of the company at external professional events within the scope of functional duties

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION

  • Higher education (preferably legal or financial-economic)
  • At least 3 year experience in development of corporate compliance systems
  • Knowledge of the basic requirements, principles and elements of building a corporate system of anti-corruption compliance in accordance with the requirements of the FCPA, UKBA, anti-corruption legislation of the Czech Republic and European Union, international standards in this area.
  • Literacy, attention to detail, perseverance
  • Advanced PC user (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook), electronic document management systems
  • Fluency in Czech, English (written, spoken), basic knowledge of Russian
  • Willingness to travel on business trips (several times a year, Czech Republic, Russian Federation).
  • Experience in compiling teaching materials, conducting training
  • Experience in drafting reports, presentations, working with documents (creating, amending internal policies and regulations)
  • Compliance with the corporate values ​​of the Group of companies, high moral and ethical qualities

  • Russian – intermediate and above (skills of business correspondence and negotiations)
